This countercultural approach has drawn attention to how biblical principles such as serving others with humility (Philippians 2:3-4) can transform a business model.

The company invests heavily in its employees by providing scholarships and leadership development programs. This reflects a commitment to Proverbs 22:6, which encourages teaching and guiding the next generation.
